To support our mental well-being during this time, we invite 💌 you to join us for a special Memorial Day Mental Health Monday.
We’ll gather by the pool for a Sound Bath Meditation with Sista Sunflower 🌻
✨💫Sound baths are a form of sound therapy that use the vibrations of sound to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. As you lie down and listen to the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments, you'll feel your body and mind unwind. The vibrations will gently massage your cells, helping to release tension and promote a sense of peace and tranquility.
