Kristin (she/her/they) has had the privilege of being a lifelong resident of so-called Colorado, with 25 of those years what we now call the Denver Metro Area. They are a mother of two adult children and a rabbit, a gardener, a hiker, and a lover of creativity via textiles.
🌟 Workshop Description: This offering will combine the power of plant medicine and mindful movement. Select a plant you connect with, partake in its tincture or aroma, and mindfully observe its presence in our movement practice.
