Mental Health Knockout

YELLA Activewear is excited to partner with BoxUnion and spaceMVMNT in hosting The “Mental Health Knockout” Event, a 1 hour mental health & movement experience.

We’ll open class with words from Brit Bronson, founder of SpaceMVMNT and then move into a 45-minute all out HIIT boxing class led by Coach Omar Nash accompanied by DJ Marv. Class will end with a guided meditation that is sure to set a positive tone for the day.

Refreshments & sag will be provided from Drink Barcode, PYM & YELLA.
