About this Event
Workplace mental health programs often focus on the topic through an HR policies and compliance lens. While this is extremely necessary, many of the courses overlook the deeper connection between work, home life, and individual wellbeing.
This workshop takes a different approach. It’s designed to help participants explore their work and life experience through a set of human needs and practical frameworks, increasing self-awareness, teaching some fundamental foundational tools and frameworks for understanding human behaviour and psychology, and improving their ability to support themselves and others to identify actionable steps that lead to positive change and wellbeing.
Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, Ian uses an inclusive and holistic perspective - what he calls the “Puzzle of Contentment.” This approach helps individuals and teams understand how work and home life intersect, and how to build resilience, manage stress, and foster wellbeing in both environments.
