2024 Transition Living Network Speaker Series - November
Meet Susan Chavez. The Founder of the Richard Lambert Foundation.
This is a group in Brighton, Colorado with a MISSION to provide care, support, and essential resources for bereaved children and adults, allowing them to create a foundation for hope, healing and survival.
Susan set the foundation up after the loss of her son. She will share the story at the event.
Holidays are a very hard time for many grieving and this 1 hour event should help provide a few coping skills to make the time easier.
