FREE 8-hour certification. Learn to recognize risk factors, warning signs, and symptoms of mental illness and how YOU can make a difference.
This is a two day event on Oct 17 & Oct 18 from 5-9 pm both days. The certificate is based on a 8 hour training, you must be present for the entire time to earn your certificate.
Why Mental Health First Aid?
Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders. This training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem and help connect them to the appropriate care.
