Mental Health First Aid training provides a groundbreaking skills-based course that provides participants with the tools to identify, understand, and respond to someone who might be struggling with a mental health or substance use challenge - and connect them with appropriate support and resources when necessary. This FREE, 8-hour training is sponsored by Rays of Hope, McKean County Department of Human Services, and The Guidance Center.
This training is for ages 18 and up and is open to the community and is intended for Community Members, First Responders, Faith Leaders, Employers, and Hospital Staff.
Class is limited to 20 participants.
