Learn how to provide early intervention and support to someone who may be experiencing a mental health challenge. Our Wellness Coordinator Kaylee Vette, certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, will guide you through recognizing warning signs and symptoms along with how to offer help and de-escalate in a crisis situation. This in-person training is a valuable opportunity to gain skills that can make a real difference in the workplace and in someone's life.
