Mental Health First Aid: focus Adults (English)
About this Event
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an evidence-based training programme that teaches participants how to recognise early signs of mental health challenges, start supportive conversations, and guide people towards appropriate help.
This MHFA training is delivered across two Saturdays: June 20 and June 27, 2026 (full-day format, 9:00–17:00).
This small in-person training group in Zurich will be held in English and focuses on practical, real-life situations — especially in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
Topics include:
- recognising early warning signs
- approaching difficult conversations
- supporting someone without becoming their therapist
- understanding common mental health conditions
- responding early and appropriately
The training is interactive and includes discussions, exercises, and practical examples.
Format:
- 2 full training days (12 hours total)
- small group format
- in-person in Zurich
