1 in 5 Australians experience a mental health challenge every year. That’s our friends, family, colleagues — even ourselves. Just like First Aid saves lives in a medical emergency, Mental Health First Aid gives you the confidence and skills to step in during an emotional crisis. �
This training isn’t about “fixing” people — it’s about learning how to listen without judgement, offer hope, and connect someone with the help they need. Sometimes, that first conversation can be life-changing.
� Open to everyone – trainers, professionals, parents, community members – anyone who wants to be there when it matters most.
