Mental Health First Aid ADULT (In-Person) - 28th,29th April 2026

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches people how to give initial mental health care until professional treatment is accessed. It also helps to dispel fears some people have when coming across someone who seems to be experiencing mental ill health.

Our MHFA courses have input from co-trainers with lived experience of mental health problems.

Calthorpe Community Garden, 258-274 Gray's Inn Rd, London WC1X 8LH

1. You are available and committed to attend the following sessions:

• Session 1: Tuesday 28th April 2026 - 9am-5pm

• Session 2: Wednesday 29th April 2026 - 9am-5pm

2. You understand that there is a further two-step registration process in order to access this course. You will need to register via:

• The Mental Health First Aid England website (to receive your workbook). Instructions will be sent to you on how to register, close to the start date of this course.

AND

• Enabley (online learning hub)

3. You understand that Camden council fund this course for you and they will still be charged if you do not complete the course. The course is valued at £300 per person.
