Mental Health First Aid (Adult-English)

Mental Health First Aid will help you identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance abuse disorders. It is an 8-hour certification class that is offered throughout the county at NO COST.
The 'Adult-English' class is designed for anyone who wants to learn how to help a person who may be experiencing a mental health related crisis or problem. (Other classes may be available in Spanish.)
