🕛 12:00–1:30 PM | Health Fair – Free resources, tools, handouts, and community connections to help you strengthen your mind, body, and soul.
🎤 1:30–3:00 PM | Workshop & Keynote Address – Be inspired by our special guest speaker, Carmella Hill, who will share powerful insights on mental health, communication, and living well, all through a spiritual foundation.
This event is designed to break the stigma around mental health, provide education, and empower individuals and families with the tools they need to thrive. Mental health is nothing to be ashamed of, as we all face challenges. You are not alone!
