Black Girl Rising, Inc. is excited to invite girls ages 13-19 to the Mental Health Box Workshop happening at The Good Haus on November 22, 2025 at 9:30 AM (Eastern Time)! Join us for a day of self-care and mental wellness activities. This workshop will provide you with tools and resources to prioritize your mental health and you'll even get to design and create your very own Mental Health Box! Come ready to learn, share, and grow in a supportive environment. Let's take a step towards a healthier mind together!
