Mental Health Basics is a 1-hour workshop that's part of our Mental Health Week program. This session focuses on identifying the common signs and symptoms of someone experiencing a mental health challenge, as well as exploring coping strategies that can support our well-being, including gratitude and mindfulness activities. Additionally, we'll cover how to check in with a loved one who may be struggling and provide information on available support services.
