? A colouring competition – colouring isn’t just fun, it’s also proven to:
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Boost creativity and focus
• Encourage mindfulness and relaxation

? Please bring a donation if you can.
Support staff are welcome to stay, or can sign in after drop-off.
This is a chance to connect, relax, and support wellbeing in our community. Everyone is welcome!
