About this Event

Healing & Rooted in Resilience: Real Conversations. Real Healing.

Join us in person for an inspiring and transformative mental health community experience. This event creates a safe space for families and individuals to openly discuss relationship challenges while connecting with culturally responsive mental health professionals.

The program will feature a guided panel discussion exploring family dynamics, communication, and real-life challenges, followed by an opportunity to engage directly with therapists who understand and reflect your lived experience.

Whether you're seeking support, resources, or simply a place to grow, this event offers connection, insight, and empowerment. Don’t miss this opportunity to invest in your well-being and your community.

Agenda

đź•‘: 05:00 PM - 06:00 PM
Panel Discussion: Culturally Responsive Mental Health in Action

Info: This guided discussion will explore structured topics that reflect the lived experiences of parents, guardians, teens, and adult children. Panelists will share professional insight, practical tools, and relatable perspectives to help attendees better understand emotional wellness, conflict resolution, and pathways to healing.

đź•‘: 06:00 PM - 06:30 PM
Connection Conversations

Info: Connection Conversations offers attendees a dedicated time to engage directly with our mental health practitioners in a supportive, welcoming environment. This interactive Q&A experience allows you to ask questions, seek clarity on topics discussed, and explore resources that may support your personal or family journey. This is a safe space for open dialogue, thoughtful exchange, and meaningful connection with professionals who understand and respect your lived experience.

đź•‘: 06:30 PM - 07:00 PM
Reflect & Connect

Info: Reflect & Connect is a dedicated time for attendees to engage in brief, 5-minute one-on-one conversations with each panelist or a representative from their practice. These sessions are designed to help you reflect on what you’ve learned during the event and connect directly with providers to explore next steps. While not therapy sessions, this is an opportunity to ask questions about services, discuss areas of need, and determine whether a provider may be the right fit for you or your family. Our goal is to make access to culturally responsive mental health care feel personal, approachable, and empowering — turning meaningful conversation into actionable support.
