Dearborn YMCA is proud to partner with Z.E.C.H. (Zeroing in on Emotional Care & Hope) to present a Mental Health Awareness & Suicide Prevention Community Event in recognition of National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month.
Mental health is just as important as physical health. This event is designed to bring our community together through education, conversation, resources, and the game of basketball while reminding everyone that it’s okay to ask for help.
� Saturday, July 25, 2026
� 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
� Dearborn YMCA

� Admission: $5.00
� Basketball Tournament Entry: $10.00 per player
We’re inviting the entire community to:
� Play in the basketball tournament.
� Become an event sponsor and support mental health awareness.
� Connect with local organizations and resources.
� Stand with us as we break the stigma surrounding mental health and suicide prevention.
Together, Dearborn YMCA and Z.E.C.H. are committed to creating a stronger, healthier community where every person knows they are valued, supported, and never alone.
Come out for a day of basketball, fellowship, education, food, and games, and hope. Let’s make a difference; one conversation, one game, and one life at a time.
