A MENTAL HEALTH CONFERENCE like no other. We are all about education and awareness to help more people become trauma informed.Trauma to Triumph brings trauma survivors turned professionals who not only have the life-experiences (they'll be sharing portions but who have used their experiences to be inspirational world changers and cycle breakers.
You'll hear from EIGHT speakers - Ph.D., Certified Trauma Coaches, Veterans, and Pastors.
3 of the speakers will educate on the neuroscience of how PTSD & CPTSD, the aftereffects of trauma, affects not only the psychology of the mind, but the physiology of the body.
It's our goal to educate on the neuroscience and side-door approach for healing and restoration.
2 of our Veterans will share about their PTSD and how using different healing modalities has helped them.

OBJECTIVES:
1. Understand how the effects of trauma contribute to the mental health crisis.
2. Bring attention to the mental health crisis in our communities by educating on the neuroscience and aftereffects of trauma.
3. Learn *new* strategies and solutions for increased wellness, prevention, intervention, and healing by addressing the whole person.
4. Mental health disparities affect everyone, whether directly or indirectly and bringing forth the education to support those who need it.
Our goal is to bring a greater awareness to the mental health crisis in our communities, expand our empowerment programs and recognize the mental health professionals on the frontlines of this widespread social issue who make our programs possible.
