Join Six Feet Above on the Pineville Levee for our Second Annual Mental Health and Wellness Festival! This free and fun family event is dedicated to eliminating the stigma surrounding mental health and providing a safe space to access resources and learn the important of self care and self awareness.
We will have tons of community mental health resources available, uplifting music, food, local vendors, and fun crafts and activities for people of all ages!
This event is completely free of charge and open to the public thanks to our community sponsors!
Start your day with free Yoga instructed by one of Cenlas favorite instructors! Yoga is completely free and open to the public so don’t forget to BYOM. (Bring your own mat)
Our community mental health resource fair will begin at 10 am featuring local hospitals, counseling services and other mental health agencies throughout the region.
Then, at 12 join us for a half mile community unity mental wellness walk.
This is a unique event that you don’t want to miss. We guarantee you will leave better than you came.
