Sound baths are a great way to promote self-care and raise awareness about the importance of mental health... so we are providing the community with a free soundbath, free refreshments, free diapers, and your chance to win a free acupuncture session.
We will also provide you with tips on other ways you can take action when it comes to your mental health.
