About this Event

As parents, we all want our children to feel supported, confident, and able to navigate life’s challenges. Yet knowing how to support their mental health can feel overwhelming, especially as young people face growing pressures from school, friendships, social media, and the world around them. For many kids growing up between cultures, this journey can feel even more complex as they balance family traditions, cultural values, and their own sense of identity.

How do we support our teens while honoring where they come from and helping them navigate today’s expectations and challenges?

Join us for Mental Health Across Cultures: Building Resilience in Our Youth, a community panel discussion featuring mental health professionals and cultural leaders who will explore how culture, identity, and mental health intersect during adolescence. Together, we will discuss how families and communities can support teens in developing confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being while honoring their cultural roots.
