This interactive 2-hour workshop invites you to explore menstruation not just as a biological function, but as a powerful, cyclical rhythm that connects us to nature, culture, and community.
What to expect:
● A welcoming space for people of all genders and backgrounds
● Engaging presentations on menstrual health & cultural myths
● Group discussions on stigma, stories, and self-understanding
● A creative reflection on your personal cycle
● Conversations around menstrual equity
By the end of the workshop, you will:
● Understand your menstrual cycle beyond the basics
● Reflect on cultural narratives and your own experiences
● Reframe periods from shame to strength
