About this Event

Join Joanna Greenbaum for an introduction to the menstrual cycle — exploring how it works, how it changes across the lifespan, and the ways it can impact mental health.

This introductory workshop is just the beginning of a much larger conversation. We’ll start unpacking a topic that is often overlooked: building foundational body literacy, deepening our understanding of how our bodies function, and exploring the knowledge we should have been taught all along. While we’ll only be scratching the surface, this space is designed to spark curiosity, create connection, and open the door to further learning about the menstrual cycle and its impact on our overall wellbeing.

September 17th | 5:30 PM
In-person in Bozeman + Virtual Option
Facilitated by Joanna Greenbaum
