ABOUT ME:

My name is Nikola. I'm a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher, Hormone Yoga Therapy Teacher, and Menstrual Cycle Coach.

My mission is to help women reconnect with their innate rhythm through MCA (Menstrual Cycle Awareness), and teach them how to flow with their unique cycle and get it to work for them, not against them.

This workshop is designed to foster a supportive and empowering environment for women to connect, share experiences, and learn about their unique cycle.
