Men benefit from a regular yoga practice, but are often the minority in a typical yoga class setting! So we've created a series especially for men to learn and practice the multiple benefits that yoga provides under the guidance of an experienced male yoga teacher. Class is suited for brand new beginners and those returning or continuing to practice.
No yoga experience, flexibility or prerequisites required, just a willingness to try!
All equipment provided in our bespoke Kingsley yoga studio. Please bring a hand towel and water bottle.
