ABOUT:
This event is save space for men to be seen, heard and held. A judgement free place for men to feel, express and transform.
The theme of this event is ‘Reconnect and Reflect’. In this event we will explore the beautiful Belair National Park while simultaneously exploring our in the world.
Starting with a BBQ lunch and share circle we will then go on a hike together to have some time to simply walk and talk and open up what has been going on in your life.
On our walk you will have the opportunity to reconnect to yourself and reflect on your life via some powerful guiding questions we will unpack together as a group.
This is event is about cultivating connection, community and self-awareness, so together we can lovingly integrate and accept every single part of ourselves so that you can live and thrive with more clarity and authenticity.
We will also be providing a tea, coffee, water and BBQ lunch.
EVENT RUN SHEET:
