Here, you'll release physical toxins through sauna and ice bath therapies, setting the stage for our spiritual exploration.

After our time at Othership, we'll walk over to a nearby apartment for an insightful discussion over dinner & drinks. Our conversation will explore spiritual burdens, practices for liberation, and enduring methods to revitalize our inner selves, offering a holistic approach to well-being beyond temporary solutions.
