To raise awareness for Men's Mental Health Awareness Month we are hosting a FREE class for men and teen boys age 12+.The session will be a mixture of boxing and grappling techniques and a chance to have a good yarn with the boys.
The session is free and everyone is welcome. You don’t need to be a member of Pretty.
It is beginners friendly. No equipment, fitness level or experience needed.
It's not weak to speak.
