Manawa Conscious Event Presents: Men's Heart**We are working on making this a Fortnightly container for Men of all ages**
Shame can feel like armor—a shield we wear to protect ourselves from judgment, rejection, or failure.
While it might seem necessary at first, over time, this armor becomes heavy and isolating, keeping us disconnected from ourselves and others.
This 90-minute workshop is an invitation to recognise that armor, understand the stories it carries, and find the courage to let it go.
Together, we’ll explore how vulnerability—far from being a weakness—is a profound source of connection, strength, and freedom.
Through guided exercises, open sharing, and supportive practices, you’ll:
� Identify the weight of shame and its impact on your life.
� Begin to shed the stories that no longer serve you.
� Discover the strength in authenticity and vulnerability.
� Forge deeper connections with yourself and other men.
This is a safe and compassionate space to explore, connect, and heal.

A dedicated facilitator and coach passionate about guiding men through transformational journeys that help them reconnect with their authentic selves.
Over the past 10+ years, He has lived as a digital nomad, traveling extensively across Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia.
His path has taken him beyond borders and cultures, providing him with profound insights into human connection, self-discovery, and embodied leadership.
Growing up in Russian culture, where traditional "strong masculine" stereotypes often discourage emotional openness,He has learnt firsthand the challenges of staying connected to one’s heart in an environment that values toughness over tenderness.
Through his journey of self-discovery, he came to understand the profound strength found in vulnerability and cultivated a deep connection to his feminine essence—a source of intuition, empathy, and emotional depth that complements and enriches his masculine side.
This balance has been a cornerstone of his personal growth and the foundation of his work, enabling him to guide others in embracing their wholeness without fear or judgment.
Drawing from 17 years of personal growth and professional experience, he has developed a unique blend of wisdom and skills rooted in a diverse range of disciplines, including meditation, mindfulness, tantra, and authentic relating.
As a trained meditation teacher, certified embodiment coach, and an experienced facilitator of tantra workshops worldwide, he brings depth and compassion to every interaction.
In addition to his professional pursuits, he has had the privilege of co-parenting four stepchildren, which has deepened his understanding of relationships, responsibility, and the beauty of nurturing growth in others.
His mission is to create safe and empowering spaces where men can open their hearts, embrace vulnerability, and reconnect with their true authenticity.
Whether it’s leading workshops or one-on-one coaching, his work is grounded in helping individuals cultivate self-awareness, authentic connection, and embodied presence in their lives.
