Too many men delay addressing their health needs until it’s too late. The Men’s Health Summit is about changing that narrative. We are creating a supportive, welcoming space where men can get real information, ask the tough questions, and take the necessary steps toward living longer, healthier lives for themselves and their families.

Health is the foundation of everything we do—for our families, our work, and our community. In South LA, men face higher risks for heart disease, kidney issues, and prostate cancer, often due to a lack of access to preventive information. This summit brings world-class medical expertise directly to you, breaking down barriers and providing the practical tools you need to thrive, not just survive.
