Route 7 Orlando is partnering with Florida Blue for a free evening focused on men’s health, prevention, nutrition, and overall wellness.
The event will include health screenings, food, networking, and a presentation from a Florida Blue nutritionist.
We’re also excited to welcome Dr. John J.B. Frederick, Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of AdventHealth DeLand. Dr. Frederick is a board-certified internist and physician executive with more than a decade of experience in hospital medicine and was named an AdventHealth Physician of the Year in 2022 and 2023.
He’ll lead a practical conversation around preventive care, health risks men should understand, and the screenings we should be thinking about at different stages of life.
