Come join Pastor Philip and Jarrod as they lead a new men's group focused on growing men's strength and faith as God has intended men to lead our families and our community.This group will start by meeting quarterly with the goal in mind to gradually gather together monthly. Each meeting will be unique from the previous one starting with Pastor Philip leading a short tailored study specifically for men. Following that will be either a skill, sport, or hobby learning workshop led by a trained professional in that particular field. Each meeting will have a new workshop to enhance and grow men’s current or new interests. It will then come to a close with fellowship and enjoying dinner together.
This first gathering, Men’s Beast Feast, is with a potluck style dining in mind, men joining are asked to prepare a smoked or barbequed meat of their choice to share, with sides provided by Family Church. Similar to a BBQ-style competition, this will open an opportunity for men to share their skills, recipes, and styles of grilling with other men.
Currently, there is an online men’s group already led by Pastor Philip that we encourage men interested in this new group to join. It is located on the Family Church app under Men’s FamGroup.
