A day retreat at Satyam for men to come and practice, learn and connect.With contributions from some skilled and wonderful male teachers, this day will flow through various sessions, all curated to cultivate different effects:
Core & Stretch with Karim Niangane
Power Yoga Basics with Miguel Torres
Mindful Movement & Heart Meditation with Prajnapriya
Talk on Men's Heath with Karim
Gong Sound Journey
The day is open to all levels of yoga, fitness and meditation backgrounds, including none! Sessions will be tailored to incorporate all men in the room, you don't need to be fit, flexible or in shape to take part. This is a non-judgemental space that invites men to come together and share a day of nourishing practices. There will be time to talk and connect over lunch in the lounge, with the option of staying for some tea and cake at the end of the day.
