Men's Circle/Connected Men: A home for men to connect with themselves, their higher purpose, and a community of supportive brothers.
Through practices of breath work, meditation, movement, and courageous relating, we will gather together to redefine what it means to embody healthy masculinity and form brotherly bonds that so many men today are seeking. This is for all beings who identify as a man.
About Patrick:
Patrick is a dedicated relationship coach and mentor for men, drawing on his rich leadership background and deep empathy to guide men towards becoming their ideal selves and embracing self-love. He specializes in 1:1 coaching and in-person/virtual men's groups, tastefully infusing his playful spirit into this transformative work. He leads with curiosity, depth, and compassion so men can feel safe stepping into their true power.
