MENOPOLOOZA 2 — Hot Flashes, Cold Facts, Credentialed FacultyAbout this Event
This is not your average conference. It’s a clinical masterclass in disguise.
Menopolooza 2 is a 2.5-day clinical intensive on perimenopause and menopause - taught by the faculty who are actively changing how this is treated in Canada. Delivered like the best dinner party of your life.
You won’t wander a hall of booths. You will sit in a room with an OBGYN, a naturopath, a dietitian, a RMT, a Counsellor, a pelvic physio, a grief ritualist, a sexologist, and a TEDx-speaker healthcare executive, and learn what your GP didn’t have time to tell you.
This is for you if:
You’re navigating perimenopause or menopause and you’re done winging it. You want real answers on hormones, mental health, sleep, nutrition, sex, strength, and advocacy - from people who actually know what they’re talking about.
This is also for you if:
You’re a practitioner - GP, NP, ND, RMT, pelvic physio, counsellor, dietitian, coach - who sees these women in your practice every week and wants the clinical depth and the language. Same room. Same curriculum. Better care for everyone you treat.
What you’ll walk out with:
Clinical context on perimenopause and menopause you can use the Monday after you get home.
The words to walk into your next GP appointment and actually advocate for yourself.
A cohort of ~ new besties who will text you back at 2 a.m.
Two Fairmont Empress lunches and a Friday night Welcome Reception.
Permission to be kind to yourself. (We built this in deliberately.)
Your 2026 faculty:
Dr. Tracy Wayne Rodgers (OBGYN, menopause specialist) · Dr. Taylor Thurston (ND, MSCP) · Erin Roman (RD) · Susannah Stewart (Pelvic Health PT) · Tara Findlay (BCRMT, perimenopause educator) · Jenn Farrell (strength coach, author) · Dr. Dawn Nickel, PhD (She Recovers) · Audrey Panter (MSW, sexual wellness) · Sarah Jane Smith (grief ritual facilitator) · Sarah Crawford-Bohl (healthcare executive, TEDx speaker) · Rosie Bitts (sexologist, TEDxVictoria).
Full bios at menopolooza.com/about.
The curriculum arc: The Reckoning. The Rumble. The Revolution.
Day 1 names what the system has done. Day 2 gives you the clinical tools to do something about it. You walk out with the knowledge, the language, and the plan. (You’ll also feel completely unfuckwithable, but that’s a side effect.)
What’s included:
All clinical modules + panels + breakouts
Friday evening Welcome Reception (May 15)
Two Fairmont Empress lunches (Saturday & Sunday)
Live graphic facilitation - your weekend captured by a professional scribe
What past cohort members said:
“Every symptom of my menopause experience was addressed quite thoroughly in multi-disciplinary ways. I came away with concrete, actionable ways I can access medical care and advocate for myself medically.”
“Menopause IS in our control. We DO have the right to medical care. We CAN get the help and support we need.”
“Kind of like two days of stand-up that also answered all the questions I’ve ever had about female hormones.”
Menopolooza Rules (abbreviated):
Hot flashes — we have fans, snacks, and empathy.
Laughing so hard you pee a little. It’s a safe space.
Swearing. Within reason. (OK, fine — beyond reason.)
No MLM. No snake oil. No jerks.
The Golden Rule: DON’T BE AN ASSHOLE. To yourself or anyone else.
We aren’t trying to stay 40 forever. We’re planning on getting to 80 - gloriously, and on purpose.
