Are you looking for a friendly place to connect, share and move your body in the New Year? Come along to our Menopaus’ull Walk & Talk along the River Hull walkway. Starting at Victoria Dock Village Hall, moving along the front walkway up to the Siemens site and back along the same route. Taking place on Saturday 24th January 2026 at 10am. The meeting point will be at the Village Hall, Southbridge Road, Hull, HU9 1TL.
This is a gentle stroll where you can enjoy the fresh air, friendly conversation and receive the support of other women who all understand the ups and downs of the menopause journey. Whether you want to chat, listen or just be present in some enjoyable movement in a safe space and enjoy some company – you will always be warmly welcomed.
Remember to please make sure you come prepared by making sure you have suitable footwear on and a rainproof jacket as we will be walking come rain or snow (hopefully not snow!!!!)
No pressure, no cost – just connection. Please don’t be afraid to come alone, the team will be on hand to welcome you 🙂
