Menopause Workshop Series (York Connect)

A four-part in-person workshop designed for women pre-menopause, perimenopause, and post menopause where we will explore how hormones, nutrition, physical health, and mental well-being affect and can improve the menopause experience through education, support-focused group discussions, and interactive activities. Participants will gain resources, community support, and practical strategies to navigate menopause with confidence and enhance their overall quality of life.
