Sarah has a Master's Degree in Social Work from Simmons College and Holistic Health Coach certification from Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She has been teaching yoga and meditation for 14 years and has completed her 200hr training. She has completed various meditation and mindfulness training, including Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy at Harvard Teaching Hospital, The Center for Mindfulness and Self Compassion. Sarah has been a guest lecturer several times at MIT's Sloan Business School. Sarah is an adventurer, homeschool mom of 2.
