Join us at the DiSH for an important and open conversation on menopause in the workplace.

Menopause in Tech: Awareness, Support, and Thriving at Work is a two-hour workshop designed to raise awareness and build understanding around a life stage that affects many women yet is still rarely discussed in professional environments.

For the first time at DiSH and across the Greater Manchester and North West tech community, this session will be led by a professional menopause coach working with the NHS.

The workshop aims to create a safe and informative space where women, colleagues, managers, and allies can learn, ask questions, and better understand how menopause can impact health, confidence, and work life.

This event is not only for women experiencing menopause. It is also for younger women, partners, colleagues, leaders, and anyone interested in building more supportive and informed workplaces.

Recognising symptoms, common misconceptions, and the impact on wellbeing and work

11:15 – Support and conversation

Practical guidance on how individuals and organisations can create supportive environments
