You'll leave the day with information and opportunities to be healthier than ever before, find resources to support your well-being, tips and tricks for a balanced diet and ways to get active this autumn. Whether you're experiencing symptoms or just want to learn more, this is the place to be. Our experts will cover topics like managing hot flushes, Medic*tion, mood swings, and more. Welcoming patients from HH Collaborative PCN Care Network (PCN). HH Collab is a family of practices that includes:

By public transport: National Rail or Elizabeth Line to Hayes & Harlington then just a 5-minute walk to Hayes & Harlington Community Centre. Buses 90, 140, 278, 350, 696, 698, E6, H98, U4 stop at Fairey Corner, or 195 stop at Old Station Road which is a 2-minute walk away.

By car: Hayes & Harlington Community Centre has parking accessible from Keith Road. Satnav Post code : UB3 4HR. There is disabled parking on site as well as spaces in the nearby car park.
