An Afternoon of Support, Understanding & Renewal – A Menopause Gathering
Menopause is a powerful transition—physically, emotionally, and energetically—and yet many women move through it without the space to pause, understand what’s happening, or feel truly supported. This gathering is designed to offer exactly that: a warm, welcoming space to learn, reflect, and reconnect with your body.
Guided by three experienced practitioners, this event brings together movement, education, and self-reflection to support you through this stage of life in a holistic and compassionate way.
You’ll be gently guided through:
Nourishing movement, breathwork, and meditation to support the nervous system, ease tension, and help you reconnect with your body in a kind and supportive way. Guide by Mo - Soul Space Chester. Holistic lifecoach, trauma therapist & yoga teacher
A practical and insightful nutrition session exploring how food and lifestyle choices can support hormonal balance, energy, and overall wellbeing during menopause. Guided by Helen - Wellbeing consultant
A guided journalling and reflection practice to help you process your experience, connect with your inner wisdom, and gain clarity in this time of transition. Guided by Laura - Laura Teare is a hormone & mindset coach and menstrual health educator.
Known for her honest and compassionate approach, Laura helps women step away from pressure and perfectionism so they can listen to their bodies, trust their inner voice, and make decisions that genuinely support their wellbeing.
Journaling for Menopause Your Way is a gentle, practical workshop designed to help you reconnect with yourself during a time of change. Rather than prescribing a “right” way to journal, Laura will guide you through simple, thoughtful prompts that support emotional clarity and self-trust.
This is not about fixing or fighting your body. It’s about understanding it, working with it, and honouring the changes taking place.
A healthy lunch provided by Poke Bowl is included. When booking, please let us know your preference: tuna, chicken, salmon, or veggie, along with any other dietary requirements.
Expect a relaxed, supportive atmosphere, space to share (if you wish), and the opportunity to connect with other women walking a similar path.
