The Menopause Cafe is an informal gathering designed to start conversations and share experiences surrounding menopause. Together, we can increase awareness and break down the stigma of menopause!

Whether you’re currently experiencing menopause, want to understand it better, or simply wish to connect with others on this topic, we invite people of all ages and genders to join the discussion.

What this cafe is NOT:

• A support group, only open to perimenopausal or menopausal people.
• An information event or talk.
• About doing community engagement, research or consultation.

This is not a support group and there are no products or agendas being promoted—just a welcoming space to talk openly about menopause!

How it all began: The Menopause Cafe movement began in Scotland in 2017 as a grassroots initiative to create open, informal spaces for discussing menopause. The concept quickly resonated, expanding to various locations across the UK, Bahrain, Mexico, USA, Austria, and India, fostering a supportive community.

Now, we're excited to bring this inclusive and conversational approach to Philadelphia, aiming to deliver the same sense of connection and understanding in our community.
