Menopause & Voice is an in-person workshop exploring how the speaking voice changes during perimenopause and menopause, and how these changes can be understood and supported in everyday life.

Voice changes during menopause are real.
They are not imagined, and they are not a personal failure.

Shifts in vocal stamina, comfort, clarity or reliability can affect confidence at work, in social settings and in daily communication. Without practical awareness, the voice is often pushed through, increasing effort, tension or uncertainty over time.

This workshop addresses a common gap: noticing changes in the voice without having clear, practical ways to respond. The session offers a calm, experience-led space to develop practical awareness tools that support everyday voice use as hormonal change continues.

The work is experience-led and non-clinical, grounded in body awareness and real-life communication.
No previous voice training is required.

• A clearer understanding of how your voice responds to hormonal, physical and emotional change
• Practical ways to support vocal ease, comfort and confidence in daily speaking
• Tools that can be used at work, at home and in social situations

This workshop may be supportive if you:

• Notice vocal fatigue, hoarseness or reduced stamina
• Feel less confident using your voice than before
• Experience tension or breath disruption when speaking

Sibel Tuzun is a singer, voice professional and educator with over three decades of experience across performance, voice training and holistic voice work. She is the founder of Sibel Tuzun Voice Academy London and delivers voice and wellbeing programmes across the UK.
