Mojito's are optional, sharing your experience is optional, but feeling supported and not alone is a must! For some women, menopause can be a really challenging time, it can creep up on you, or hit you like a train.
Whatever stage you are at, or symptons you are experiencing, join us for a fun, informal and relaxed evening at Berries Cafe in Wrenbury (by the Health Centre - plenty of parking)

Nicci, Nicola and Amanda from True Food Nutrition are experts in all aspects of hormone, digestive, gut health and lifestyle medicine. Learn about simple changes you can make to your nutrition to improve your menopause journey.
Monday 25 November 7pm
Victoria Horton from Kingfisher Hypnotherapy will help us understand why we could be feeling a bit anxious or overwhelmed , she will guide us through some techniques to overcome negative feelings in time for the festive season and will then do a short relaxation session!
Monday 30 December (time TBC)
Join group leader Liz and her dog Jasper for a winter wellbeing walk to blow away the cobwebs and burn some calories ahead of the New Year celebrations.
