Join me in a safe space to chat all thing menopause. Looking at how it can affect your chakras and meeting other women with similar experiences.
Sacral chakra- This chakra is associated with the reproductive system and hormonal system, and can become imbalanced during menopause. This can lead to mood swings, irritability, and changes in sexual desire.
Third eye chakra-Located in the middle of the forehead, this chakra is associated with intuition, inner wisdom, and perception. During menopause, perception can become clouded, but energizing this chakra can help with clarity and insight.
Solar plexus chakra-Located below the rib cage, this chakra is associated with inner fire, determination, and will to succeed. During menopause, this sense of drive can wane, leading to feelings of lack of motivation and ambition.
An opportunity to meet other women and compare experiences a pause for tea and biscuits. Then a gentle sound bath with a focus on the affected areas. All are welcome. Please bring whatever you need to be comfortable laying on the floor for the sound bath.
