Each experience of the menopause will be different and the change in hormones can affect your physical, emotional and mental health.
About this Event

The festival aims to bring together different organisations, groups, individuals and activities and will include a range of health and wellbeing stalls, guided talks, discussions and activities to try out, which all aim to support conversations and better information about the menopause.

Saturday 9th April, between 10 -4pm at Headingly Enterprise and Arts Centre.

We'll be updating our website with details of stall holders, discussion topics and activities on a regular basis leading up to our event.
