About this Event
Welcome to the Goddess Phase!
For those of us going through "the change," we are all too familiar with the physical manifestations of this phase of life, but how about the spiritual aspects of menopause? How might entering the Crone or Wise Woman stage usher in a new era? An era of significant transformation, spiritual awakening, and profound connection to one's True Self beyond societal expectations. An era of discovering one's innate gifts and love for body and soul. FINALLY, raw radical acceptance of yourself and dare I suggest the possibility of falling in love with your "new" body.
From a spiritual perspective, menopause is not about loss or decline; rather, it is about the opening of inner wisdom over the lessons of a lifetime. It helps to view menopause with a wider lens and within a broader circle of life. The spiritual growth during this time can be a lot to contemplate and navigate, and having the support of kindred women can pave the way to a deeper soulful connection with life, along with a greater sense of purpose and awareness of self.
The intention set for this class is part self-discovery, exploration, and inspiration. Shared wisdom is welcome! Let's celebrate what I like to call a "chrysalis" not a "crisis," and reflect on how far we've come, where we are now in our spiritual journey, and where we're going.
