DECEMBER FOCUS: Vision Board Workshop
Focus your intentions, dream big and create a vision board so that you can begin to make your dreams a reality in 2023! Workshop led by Julie Rowley.
At The Sugar Maple, 441 E Lincoln Avenue on Monday, December 19th, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. $5 each.

Menopausal Monday Mixer is an uplifting, informative, relaxing and welcoming group of women who meet monthly to create community by supporting each other through engaging and entertaining topics. All women, 21 and older, are encouraged to attend; you do not need to be in the midst of menopause to participate.
“I believe we, as women, have a deep sense of wisdom and power growing within us,” says Push MKE’s Julie Rowley, “I want to celebrate that power, lift each other up, and learn from each other. Just as there are parent groups when children are born, we need a group for women that helps us navigate all the getting older stuff that we tend to deal with by ourselves. Menopause feels different in each person, doctors don’t know what to tell us for the most part, and no one wants to hear what we are going through. We need each other to know we are not alone.”

Julie has been creating vision boards for over two decades. Every year Julie creates a new vision board to set her intention & goals and sucessfully helps bring them to fruition.
PUSH MKE –
Push MKE, connecting people to community one event at a time, has produced or co-produced events in the Milwaukee area since February, 2022, that bring people together, entertain and encourage people to try new things. Past events include Valentine’s Day Singles Mixer, Celebrating MKE Women in Comedy, Vision Board Workshops, Card Game Mixers, Women & LGBTQ+ owned businesses Vendor Fair, Savage Support Wine Tasting Fundraiser, and Community Singing which continues on the fourth Sunday of every month. Menopausal Monday Mixers meet on the third Monday of every month. Check website for schedule changes through November & December.
