In this four-hour immersive experience for women moving through perimenopause and menopause, we ditch silence and swim straight into science, sisterhood, and soul. Come learn what is happening inside your body and discover practical ways to calm your nervous system, stay grounded, and find balance through this powerful season of life. We will honor our changing bodies and claim the next chapter as the most radiant yet!

Together we will explore the physiology of hormonal shifts, what perimenopause and menopause actually are, and how this transition affects your nervous system, energy, mood, body, and cognitive clarity. We will learn fascial maneuvers to support mobility and nervous system reset, breathwork that helps with thermoregulation, and how cold plunging can support you during this time. We will also coach you through a tangible plan to put in place to claim the next season and step into your power!

We will provide simple nourishing snacks and beverages created with intention to replenish energy, stabilize blood sugar, support hormonal balance and mental clarity, and remind your body that everything you need is already within you. Recipes will be provided!

This gathering is held at the Spring Equinox, a moment that marks rebirth, renewal and the promise of new growth.
